TERMS OF SERVICE — Nielsen Luxe Last updated: July 2026

1. General By accessing or placing an order on nielsenluxe.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Nielsen Luxe reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Authenticity Guarantee All items sold by Nielsen Luxe are professionally authenticated prior to listing. Each item comes with an authenticity guarantee. In the unlikely event that an item is determined to be inauthentic, a full refund will be issued. Nielsen Luxe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the original brands whose products are listed for sale.

3. Item Condition All items are pre-owned unless otherwise stated. Each item is graded and described on the product page using the following condition scale:

  • Excellent — Minimal signs of use; near-new condition
  • Very Good — Light signs of use; well maintained
  • Good — Visible signs of use consistent with age and wear

Please review all condition descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing. All sales are final once the 7-day return window has passed.

4. 24-Hour Cancellation Window After placing an order, buyers have 24 hours to cancel for any reason at no charge. Once 24 hours have elapsed, the order enters our authentication, packaging, and dispatch process and can no longer be cancelled. To request a cancellation within this window, please contact us immediately at roy@nielsenluxe.com or via WhatsApp.

5. Returns & Exchanges Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • All original packaging, dustbags, authenticity cards, and accessories must be included
  • A return request must be submitted to roy@nielsenluxe.com within the 7-day window

Nielsen Luxe reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is confirmed inauthentic or incorrectly described.

6. Pricing & Currency All prices are listed in USD. The price displayed at checkout is the final confirmed price and will not be affected by subsequent currency fluctuations. Any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

7. Shipping Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after the 24-hour cancellation window has passed. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch. Nielsen Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.

8. Intellectual Property All brand names, trademarks, and logos referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. Nielsen Luxe is an independent reseller and holds no affiliation with any of the brands featured.

9. Limitation of Liability Nielsen Luxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the original purchase.

10. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
