1. Order Processing All orders are subject to a 24-hour cancellation window from the time of purchase. Once this window has passed, your order will enter our authentication, quality check, and packaging process. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after the cancellation window closes.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers We ship via reputable international carriers including DHL, FedEx, SF Express, and other trusted logistics partners. The carrier used will depend on your delivery destination and item specifications. All shipments are fully tracked and insured.

3. Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide from our offices in Hong Kong and Chongqing, China. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Hong Kong: 1–2 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 3–7 business days
  • USA / Europe / UK: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders as indicated on the product page or during promotional periods.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping fee. Nielsen Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at roy@nielsenluxe.com or via WhatsApp. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
